Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of handcrafted skincare, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. This ensures the safety, integrity, and freshness of every item we offer.

However, if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will gladly replace it.

To initiate a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

Unopened Product Returns

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

To qualify:

  • The product must be in original condition

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval and issue your refund.
