At Grassfed Tallow Co, every jar is handcrafted in small batches and packaged with care. We aim to ship your order quickly and safely so you can begin enjoying your tallow as soon as possible.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Because our products are made in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during restocks or peak seasons. If additional time is required, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location

  • Weight of your order

  • Carrier-selected rates

Most orders arrive within:

  • 3–7 business days within the U.S.
    (Delivery times may vary depending on postal delays, holidays, or weather conditions.)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
We cannot reroute packages once they have shipped.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
We will make it right.

If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Check around delivery areas (porch, side door, mailbox, etc.)

  3. Wait 24 hours (carriers often scan early)

If it still cannot be located, contact us and we will help file a claim with the carrier.

Warm Weather Notice

Our whipped tallow is temperature-sensitive.
During warmer months, slight melting may occur during transit.

This does not affect product quality or effectiveness.
If your tallow softens, simply place it in a cool location to firm up naturally.
